Return Policy

Return Conditions and Reason: An item can be returned only if it has a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications of the order. A product is not eligible for return if it has been damaged by the customer or shows visible signs of use.

• Return Window: The product can be returned within 3 days of receiving it.

• Condition: The product must be new and unused.

• Return Cost: Returns are free of charge for the customer.

• Return Method: The item can be returned in person to our workshop (Tbilisi, Shemodgoma Street 39), or shipped by mail/courier to the address provided.

• Refund: Refunds are processed within 1–3 business days after the item has been inspected.
