Lifetime Warranty

We take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our work. If a Mount Hill product develops a defect due to faulty materials or manufacturing, and fails to meet our brand’s quality standards, the company will provide a full restoration, repair, or replacement with a new item.

What the Warranty Covers:

• Structural Integrity: The warranty applies to the main frame, chassis, and overall stability of easels, studio assistants, and other studio equipment.

• Metal Parts and Mechanisms: Free resolution or replacement of factory defects in moving parts, clamps, knobs, handles, and functional hardware.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect, improper, or non-intended use of the product (e.g., mechanical impact, breakage, or water damage).

• Natural wear and tear of wood, including surface scratches over time, or natural changes in the lacquer, paint, or oil finish.

• Failure to follow guidelines for storage or transport (e.g., leaving the product in a humid environment or outdoors for extended periods).
